1. In relation to DepEd Order No. 9, series of 2023 titled An Order Updating the
Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of the K to 12 Basic Education Program End-of-School-Year Rites with the theme “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation),” this Office is hereby informed of the guidelines in accepting private school’s invitation as guest speaker and confirming officer.
2. In accepting any invitation from private school as guest speaker and
confirming officer, the invited officer shall:
2.1 inform the school to write an invitation letter addressed to the Office of the
Schools Division Superintendent, following the format:
2.2 check the status of permit or recognition of the inviting school with the
Private Schools Office. Only schools with effective permit or recognition shall
be graced by any Division Officials.
