For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of Memorandum Circular No. 116 dated March 31, 2026, issued by the Office of the President, announcing the adoption of the following work arrangements in government offices on April 1, 2026, Wednesday: (a) work from home from 8:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon, subject to existing rules and regulations; and (b) suspension of work in government offices, from 12:00 in the afternoon onwards.
