1. In line with the administration of the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) for the School Year 2016 – 2017 on March 1 to 2, 2017 to all Grade 9 students in both public and private schools, this Division shall hold an Orientation on the standardized administration of the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) at National College of Science and Technology Multi – Purpose Hall, Aguinaldo Highway, Dasmarinas City on February 17, 2017 at 10 o’clock in the morning.
2. The following topics shall be discussed in the said orientation:
a. Standardized Procedures on the Conduct/ Administration of the Test;
b. Security of Test Materials, Delivery, and Retrieval Scheme
c. Allocation of Test Materials;
d. Interpretation of the NCAE Results;
e. The Results of the Occupational Interest Inventory in Secondary for Students in Secondary Schools (OIISSS) vis-a- vis Highly In- Demand Occupation by Industry per Region
3. Participants to the division orientation are the Secondary School Administrators and Guidance Counselors or School Testing Coordinators (STCs) of private schools. (Two participants per Private Secondary School)
