1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 210, s.2026, titled “Education Bootcamp Series for Campus Journalism”, this Office hereby disseminates all relevant issuances relevant pertaining to the conduct of the series of training for the qualifiers of the 2026 National Schools Press Conference (NSPC), to be held in Ormoc City, Leyte.
2. School Heads and School Paper Advisers are enjoined to do necessary preparations, including documentary requirements and the conduct of rigorous school-based training.
3. For the school-based training, selected Division trainers are requested to facilitate training sessions on April 9-10, 2026. Service Credits shall be granted to all teaching personnel who will render service starting April 06, 2026.
