1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum DM-OUHROD-2023-0813 titled Call for
Nomination of Additional Participants for Lunduyan ng Kahusayan Cohort 4, the
field is hereby informed on the pre-registration for additional slots for Lunduyan
sa Kahusayan via https://bit.ly/NEAPR4AREGISTER until June 23, 2023.
2. Once registered, participants must submit five (5) copies of Letter of Intent
addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent, notarized Contract, and REAP
to the Division Office- Records unit until June 26, 2023, at 12:00 NN.
3. Furthermore, all assistant L&D coordinators shall track their school’s previous Cohorts scholars and request them to submit documentary requirements
(LOI and Contracts). Please see the attached enclosure 3 of this memorandum.
