1. Relative to the previously released DepEd Memorandum pertaining to the abovementioned subject, this Office hereby informs the field of its implementation.

2. The communication highlights the mandate of the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) through its National GAD Resource Program (NGRP) which continues to deliver timely and relevant Technical Assistance (TA) on Gender and Development (GAD) to national government agencies, state universities and colleges, government-owned and controlled corporations and other government institutions by utilizing GAD Technical Assistance Platform including the provision of GAD webinars.

3. GAD webinars are developed to r each a broader range of audience in deepening their understanding of gender mainstreaming and at the same time acquiring practical tools and knowledge that can be useful in their respective fields.

4. In line with this/undertaking, four (4) specialized webinars will be conducted for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 to address emerging issues and current TA needs highlighting its scheduled public showing. Paragraph 5, states the guidelines and conditions in attending the said webinars.
