1. With the commitment of the City Government of Dasmariñas to promote the
health and well-being of all Dasmarineños, the City Government initiates the Human papillomavirus vaccination of female public and private school teaching and non-teaching personnel in the city.
2. This activity will be held on June 22 – 23, 2023 at Dasmariñas Integrated High
School Food Service Room (in front of Guidance Office) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
3. Only those who pre-registered through the link provided by the Health and
Nutrition Unit shall be part of this activity. Attached in this Memorandum is the list of names of school personnel who pre-registered and the schedule of their vaccination.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
