1. In line with the ongoing efforts to standardize and align school names across all official records and databases to ensure accuracy in documentation, communication, and reporting processes, the School Governance and Operations Division – Private Schools Section is requiring all private schools to submit a clear copy of their Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Permit, Articles of Incorporation, and copy of Government Recognition.
2. The clear and scanned Security and Exchange Commission Permit, Articles of Incorporation and Government Recognition in PDF (Portable Document File) copy shall be submitted via email at privateunit@depeddasma.edu.ph until May 2, 2025 (Tuesday).
3. Private schools must ensure that the submitted documents are complete and legible, as these will serve as the basis for the List of Private Schools with Government Recognition and Permit to Operate for School Year 2025-2026, which will be released through a separate memorandum.
