1. Pursuant to Memorandum DM-OUCT-2023-148 re: Conduct of the English,
Science, and Mathematics Assessment for the National Learning Camp Assessment released by the Office of the Undersecretary for Curriculum and Teaching last June 9, 2023, the conduct of the National Learning Camp (NLC) Assessment (Pre-Test) is scheduled from June 21 to July 7, 2023 to all public school Grades 7 and 8 learners, SY 2022-2023.
2. The NLC Assessment shall use the pre-test post-test design to describe the
effectiveness of the learning camp intervention on the learning proficiencies of
participating learners before and after attending the NLC. This assessment is an
online computer-based assessment using the DepEd LMS Moodle platform which
shall be administered in testing centers compliant with the technical requirements and specifications set by the DepEd-Central Office.
3. In view of the preparations to comply with the technical requirements of the
NLC Assessment, please be advised of the borrowing of e-CART package of the
concerned Junior High Schools from public elementary school and/or standalone
Senior High Schools of this Division.
