1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 009, s . 2021 and in reference to Regional Memorandum No. 152, s. 2026, a standardized set of General Forms, issued by the Regional Office and subsequently modified by the Division for division-wide use, shall be adopted across the Division.
2. The unified adoption of the General Forms aims to:
a . harmonize procedures across Schools Division Offices (SDOs);
b . streamline processes by reducing manual steps and eliminating duplicative documentation;
c. enhance traceability and accountability of transactions; and
d. ensure consistent service delivery aligned with integrated digital systems and standardized administrative workflows.
