1.Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No.034, s.2023 titled Administration of The
National Achievement Test for Grade 10 (Nat G12) for School Year 2022-2023,
this Office will conduct an on-site monitoring for both private and public schools on June 27, 2023 – Tuesday.
2.In line with this, select CSDO personnel shall monitor the administration of NAT for Grade 10 to ensure a standardized test administration by performing the activities at various stages of the test as stipulated in the Room Examiner’s handbook, and ensure the integrity of the test materials in the whole process of test administration.
3.Attached herewith is the copy of the Composition of NAT Monitoring Team, Terms of Reference and Monitoring Tool to be utilized.
4.Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
