1. In reference to the Regional Memorandum No. 55 s. 2024 or the Conduct of the 2024 Regional Athletic Meet, this Office informs the field of the additional details for the forthcoming Regional Athletic Association Meet on April 4-13, 2024, at Biñan City, Sta. Rosa City, and San Pedro City in Laguna.
2. A refresher course will be held on April 5, 2024, while Solidarity Meeting shall be held on April 6, 2024, at 1:00 PM at San Pedro Relocation Center National High School, San Pedro City. The Tournament Managers/ Coordinators and Technical Officials are required to register and submit medical certificates signed by a government physician. Members of the different Working Committees and Technical Officials shall be billeted and provided with food by their own respective Schools Division.
3. The Working Committee, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Assistant Coaches, chaperons, trainers, delegation members, and technical who will render services during weekends and holidays shall be given Service Credits and Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) for the non-teaching personnel and employees under Contract of Service (COS) based on the actual services rendered before and during the 2024 RAAM.
4. SDO Dasmariñas City Delegation shall depart for San Vicente Elementary School, Biñan City on April 4, 2024, at 7:00 AM, from Dasmariñas Integrated High School.
