1. In adherence to DepEd Memorandum No. 016, s. 2024 titled Administration of the Early Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (ELLNA), National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 6 and National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 12 for School Year 2023-2024, this Office announces the conduct of onsite monitoring of the administration of NAT Grade 6 on April 4, 2024 (Thursday) from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm at the select Public and Private Elementary Schools.
2. Joint monitoring activity of Regional Office and Schools Division Oflice personnel will be performed. The assigned Regional Office personnel for the division will be part of the team member.
3. Attached is the composition of the monitoring team, term of reference and as reference of concerned personnel.
