1. In adherence to Executive Order No. 013-S-2024 issued by the City Government of Dasmariñas in response to the recent pertussis outbreak and the declaration of a state of calamity in the province of Cavite, this memorandum directs all school personnel and learners to observe the following safety health protocols:
a. Voluntary wearing of face mask is strongly advised to prevent the transmission of Pertussis;
b. Observe respiratory hygiene, especially when sneezing and coughing;
c. Avoid close contact with individuals showing symptoms of Pertussis;
d. Report any symptoms of paroxysmal cough, sore throat, colds, or fever immediately to the clinic teacher before entering the school or learning center or at least before the start of any learning activity; and
e. Refer to the closest health center/ primary care unit for thorough evaluation.
