1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 328, s. 2023 re: Conduct of the
English, Science, and Mathematics Assessment for the National Learning Camp (NLC) and to Regional Memorandum No. 335, s. 2023 re: Monitoring of the Conduct of the Online Computer-based National Learning Camp (NLC) Assessment for Grades 7 and 8 English, Science and Mathematics, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division and ICT Services Unit, informs all public Junior High Schools (JHSs) of the Monitoring of the Conduct of the National Learning Camp (NLC) Assessment for Grades 7 and 8 English, Science, and Mathematics.

2. The objectives of this monitoring are to ensure that the online computer-based
test administration is implemented based on the set standards/requirements and to determine issues and concerns for the provision of technical assistance.

3. The Division and Regional monitoring and provision of technical assistance
shall be done within the NLC Assessment Pre-Test’s testing window from June 21- July 7, 2023, specific schedule of which shall be communicated by the Public
Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs), Division Testing Coordinator (DTC) in-charge of NLC Assessment, and/or the Division Information Technology Officer (DITO). The monitoring schedule shall consider the test schedule of the participating JHSs reflected in their prepared Assessment Plan and is indicated in Enclosure 1.

4. While the composition of the Regional Monitoring Team assigned in this
Division is yet to be determined, all PSDSs, the DTC and DITO shall serve as
