1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting on April 5, 2024, from 8:00 onwards at Emmanuel Resureccion Congressional Integrated High School.
2. The participants in the activity are the Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Division Chief Education Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Division Unit and Section Heads, Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads, Federation of Parent-Teacher Association and City of Dasmarinas Association of Private Schools.
3. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the abovementioned participants.
4. Presenters are advised to follow the agenda and observe the time strictly. Further, smart casual attire is preferred.
5. Certificates of Appearance for this activity will be issued by the Administrative Services.
6. Travel and incidental expenses relative to this activity shall be charged to local funds of the offices of the participants. All expenses shall be subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
7.
