1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is Regional Memorandum No. 230 s. 2026, re: CALABARZON Athletic Delegation for the 2026 Palarong Pambansa, to be held from May 24 – 31, 2026, in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.
2. To ensure a highly competitive Team CALABARZON for the 2026 Palarong Pambansa, a Live-In and Live-Out Training Program for the official delegates in SDO Dasmarinas City will be conducted from April 6 to April 30, 2026. Trainings will take place at the City of Dasmarinas Sports Complex and other designated venues, including identified Schools Division Offices (SD0s) where assigned coaches, assistant coaches, chaperones, and trainers are based.
3. All athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperones, and trainers are required to be present at the venue for the entire duration of the training period. Also, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperones, and trainers are highly expected to ensure the security, safety, well-being, and safe spaces for all athletes throughout the training duration.
4. The winning coach and designated trainers shall lead the training and are required to submit a detailed training plan to the Division Management for evaluation. The concerned SDOs shall closely monitor the performance of the athletes and the training team.
5. Expenses related to the conduct of the training including food and transportation for athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperones, trainers, and the division monitoring team may be charged against school student development fund, local funds or canteen fund, whichever is available and are subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
