1. Relative to the upcoming fourth tranche of the Salary Standardization law 2015, CSC DBM Joint Circular No. 1 s. 2012, Rules and Regulation on the Grant of Step Increment/s Due to Meritorious Performance and Step Increment Due to Length of Service and other pertinent laws that results to adjustment of salaries, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas thru Administrative Services will conduct a Training on Preparation and Updating of Service Record, Notice of Step Increment (NOSI), Notice of Salary Adjustment (NOSA) and GSIS ARA Forms on February 26, 2019, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at CSDO Conference Room.
2. This activity aims to:
a. Inform the participants on the prevailing laws and guidelines in the preparation of NOSA, NOSI, Service Record and GSIS ARA Forms; and
b. To capacitate participants on the procedures in the preparation and submission of the mentioned documents.
3. Enclosed herewith is the list of activity participants. In case the participant listed is not available to attend the training, the school head is advised to send a representative who is also in-charge of the preparation of the mentioned documents.
4. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Division! School MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
