1. In consideration of current government efforts to contain the 2019-nCoV ARD, the Department of Education (DepEd) issued on February 4, 2020, DepEd Memorandum No. 015 s. 2020, titled First Set of Policy Directives of the DepEd Task Force nCoV.

2. Relative to this, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas reiterates the precautionary measures needed to be done in order to minimize exposure to risks associated with the 2019-nCoV ARD.

3. Schools and offices in this Division are directed to observe the following:
• Travel limitations and restrictions: All travels to the People’s Republic of China and its special administrative regions are banned. Furthermore, all approved official travels for February to countries with confirmed cases are revoked. Personal February travels in these countries are highly discouraged.
• Conduct of national, regional, division, and school activities for the month of February 2020: The Department suspends all national activities in February. Hence, all Regional, Division and District activities that involve learners and teachers (jamborees, athletic meets, contests, field trips, etc.) need clearance from the local DOH (health authorities) before the conduct of these activities.
• Avoid crowding of learners: Flag raising ceremonies must be done in their respective classrooms.
