I. In line with Section 7(8), Chapter 2, Book IV of Executive Order 292, s. 1987 titled Administrative Code of 1987 which states the Secretary’s power to delegate authority to officers and employees under her direction, the Regional Directors are hereby given authority to sign the approval of authorities to
travel abroad for personal vacation leave for all teaching and non-teaching personnel in the field.
2. This shall be effective from October 10, 2022 onwards and shall remain in force until rescinded or revised.
3. Further, all requests for travel authority abroad received by the Personnel Division in the Central Office before the said date shall be processed according to the previous approval process.
4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is directed.
