1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 286 s. 2025, titled “Conduct of the Orientation on the Supplemental and Expanded Guidelines of DepEd Order No. 40 s. 2012, Cum Orientation on the Implementation of Safe Spaces Act in Basic Education”, this Division would like to announce that the Regional Office will conduct an Orientation on the Supplemental and Expanded Guidelines of DepEd Order No. 40 s. 2012, Cum Orientation on the Implementation of Safe Spaces Act in Basic Education on May 14-16, 2025 at Lucena City.
2. The activity aims to demonstrate a clear understanding of the supplemental guidelines of DepEd Order No. 40 s. 2012 and the provisions of the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), and apply this knowledge to create, promote, and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
