1. Relative to the provision of technical assistance on learning resource management, authority is hereby granted to the Education Program Supervisor in Learning Resource Management Leylanie Adao to conduct a virtual meeting on April 23, 2024, Tuesday via Microsoft Teams. Participants to this meeting are School LR Coordinators and School Library-in -Charge. Meeting link shall be provided to the participants prior to the meeting.
2. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Hence, the LR team shall conduct one session in the morning, 9:00-11:00 AM, and one session in the afternoon, 1:30 PM-3:30 PM, to ensure that no classes will be affected. Teachers are encouraged to attend based on their availability within the given schedule.
3. Agenda of this meeting shall include the following:
a. Needs assessment for the development of Learning Resource Management Guidebook;
b. Learning resource needs assessment for Catch -Up Fridays;
c. Accomplishment of online LR monitoring tool; and
d. Assignment of school LR coordinator/library-in-charge.
