1. This is to inform the field that the City Schools Division Office is doing all necessary actions to address the issues and concerns regarding the Dengvaxia.
2. The CSDO already requested the Department of Health and the Provincial Health Office for the conduct of Dengvaxia Forum. Attached herewith is the dated request letter.
3. However, due to bug number of schools that they cater in the Province of Cavite, the CSDO is still waiting for the schedule to be provided by the DOH-PHO for the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
