1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas thru its Administrative Services – Supply and Property Section will conduct a capacity building Seminar for School Property Custodians on February 22, 2019 at the Bulwagang Sigasig, Dasmariñas City with the following objectives:
• To be able to understand the duties, roles, and responsibilities of a School Property Custodian
• To capacitate School Property Custodian in the 3 phases of Supply and Property Management
• To understand the various guidelines and procedures in the Government Accounting Manual
• To introduce the Quality Management System procedures of the Division Supply and Property Section
2. Participants to this activity are the 28 Elementary School Property Custodians, 5 Junior High School Property Custodians, 5 Senior High School Property Custodians and 1 Supply Officer respectively.
3. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged to Division MOOE Training Expense subject to usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
