1. In reference to BSP National Memorandum No. 036, s. 2026, indicating the National Executive Board Approved National Awards, the field is hereby informed of the official list of awardees for the BSP National Awards 2026 during the 69th Annual National Council Meeting (ANCM) in Cebu on May 20-22, 2026, in recognition of their exemplary performance, leadership, and significant contributions to the scouting movement.
2. The recognition of these awardees aims to uphold excellence in scouting, to inspire continuous commitment to service, and to acknowledge the dedication of individuals and institutions that have greatly contributed to the advancement of BSP programs and initiatives.
3. The list of awardees is attached herewith for the information and reference of all concerned. Expenses that may be incurred in the conduct and participation in this activity shall be charged against available local funds, subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The name appearing in this memorandum shall serve as the travel authority for attending onsite sessions.
4. Participation in scouts activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005, Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, as well as strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is directed for the information, guidance, and compliance of all concerned.
