In reference to DM-OUHRODI-2026-1122, this Division announces the conduct of various External Learning and Development Interventions (ELDIs) for FY 2026 offered by external Learning Service Providers (LSPs) open to all first and second level non-teaching personnel holding permanent, contractual, and co-terminus employment status.
2. Interested personnel may refer to the attached comprehensive list of ELDI Program Offerings (Annex A) and ELDI Registration Procedures and Guidelines (Annex B) enclosed in this memorandum.
