1. This is in reference to NDRRMC Memorandum No. 042 s. 2023 on the Observance of the National Disaster Resilience Month with this year’s theme
“BIDANG Pilipino: Building a Stronger Filipino Well-being towards Disaster
Resilience”, which focuses on ensuring that well-being of every Filipino is well
taken care of so that they can efficiently contribute in our effort to build a disaster
resilient nation.
2. In this regard, all School Disaster Risk Reduction Management (SDRRM)
coordinators are enjoined to actively support and conduct resilience-building
activities intensifying the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC)
Campaign to promote the observance of the NDRM and participate in resilience-building activities.
3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum to all
concerned is earnestly desired.
