1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 917, s. 2024, titled “Rollout on Upskilling for English Teachers in Language Instruction,” this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), announces the new schedule and venue of the previously postponed training. The activity will now be held on May 28-30, 2025, at Aqua Mira Hotel and Resort, Naic, Cavite.
2. In adherence to the provision of a 30-day uninterrupted vacation for teaching personnel, all identified participants are requested to confirm their availability and willingness to attend by accomplishing the confirmation form on or before May 20, 2025, through the following link: https://bit.ly44zDrKC. A separate issuance will be released containing the final list of confirmed participants.

4. Attached to this Memorandum are the tentative list of participants and the designated members of the Technical Working Group.
5. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
6. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face meetings shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
