1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 73 s. 2024 titled 2024 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT), this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division announces the participants of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas City to the Regional Festival of Talents- Special Needs Education Expo to be held in Lucban, Quezon on April 23-26, 2024.

2. The activity aims to provide opportunities for our visually impaired learners to showcase their best performance in braille reading and sign language interpretation.
3. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No.9 s, 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time- On- Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
