2. School heads are reminded that the learner government election is an integral part of learner participation and must be afforded the necessary support mechanisms such as the establishment of their Learner Government Commission on Elections and Appointments (LG COMEA) with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
