1. To ensure the proper collection, documentation, and validation of information relating to lands used as school sites, the Department of Education, through the Office of the Undersecretary for Legal and Legislative Affairs and the Sites Titling Office, will be conducting an online workshop for all school heads on the collection of school site ownership data and documents.

2. The workshop will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and will be held in two batches: The first session will be held on 30 April 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN. For those participants unable to attend the first session, they may attend on 04 May 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN.

3. The online workshop aims to ensure that all school heads are capacitated in handling and evaluating school site documents of their respective schools.

4. All school heads are expected to attend and actively participate in the said activity.
