1. Pursuant to ISO 9001:2015, specifically, clause 9.3 which requires periodic
review of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure its effectiveness and
alignment with the strategic directions of the SDO.
2. Similarly, DM 14, s. 2022, requires the conduct of a Management Review at all
governance levels in the department. Hence, this Office will conduct a Quality
Management Review on July 18,2023, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM at Bulwagang Pag-asa, Pag-asa National High School.
3. Presenters are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation of their reports for the above-mentioned activity.
4. Should you have queries relative to the conduct of the activity, you may contact
John G. Nepomuceno, Quality Management Representative.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
