1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 19-104 dated February 12, 2018, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will be holding Division Seminar- Workshop on FY 2O20 Budget Preparation for Public Elementary and Secondary High School-Non lU’s on February 21-22, 2019 at Dasmariñas
Integrated High School Library, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
2. The activity aims to:
• provide directions to Elementary, Secondary High Schools-Non lU’s and Senior High Schools on Fiscal Year 2020 Budget Preparation.
• provide technical assistance to operating units to focus on the implementation of the current year’s budget; and
• ensure that all operations are on schedule and that their appropriated budgets can be fully disbursed within the fiscal year.
3. Participants to this activity are the Accountant, Budget Officers, School Heads of Elementary Secondary High Schools —Non lU’s, Senior High Schools and Administrative Officers & Sr. Bookkeepers of JHS and Senior High Schools. (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of attendees).
4. Participants should be at the venue at exactly 8 o’clock in the morning and are advised to bring the necessary documents (eg. SIP/AIP/WFP), and calculator.
5. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds for this purpose shall be charged against division MOOE subject to COA accounting and auditing procedures.
6. Attached to this Memorandum are the list of activities, opening and closing program.
7. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
