1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 223, s. 2016, all schools are reminded of the submission of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) Terminal Report which is annually done after every school year.
2. The report shall be submitted to bit.ly/GPP_Form2_July2023 following the format indicated below on or before July 28, 2023.
