Pursuant to the issued Regional Memorandum No. 353 s. 2023 titled Submission of Monitoring and Evaluation of the Learner Government Program (LGP) Election for SY 2023-2024 Reports, this office directs all public elementary and secondary schools to accomplish and submit the duly signed soft copy of the reports in the given link below on or before July 12, 2023, using the attached Enclosure given by Central Office.

2. The data to be gathered shall be used to ensure continuous improvement in the policies being issued by the Department and to monitor the compliance of schools in the mechanisms and standards of the guidelines, including the conduct and implementation of activities relative to the LGP elections.
