1. In accordance with DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2025, titled “Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities”, the Schools Division Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division-Social Mobilization and Networking Section, hereby informs all concerned of the scheduled conduct of the 2025 Brigada Eskwela Division Kick-Off Program in conjunction with the 5th Tayo-Tayo Summit on Monday, June 9, 2025, 4:00 PM, at the Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmarinas Gymnasium.
2. The event will be honored by the presence of officials from the City Schools Division Office, Public Schools District Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors, Unit and Section Heads, School Heads, Division Individual and Institutional Partners, City Government Officials, Barangay Captains, SPTA Presidents, and Brigada Eskwela Designates from various public schools. While the participation of all interested individuals is warmly welcomed, please be advised that seating priority will be accorded to the aforementioned groups.
3. All attendees are kindly requested to claim their Brigada Eskwela shirts during the first week of June 2025 at the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Office-CSDO.
4. All public schools are hereby advised to prepare their respective Brigada Eskwela Package Booths at the event venue. Each booth should feature a tarpaulin measuring 2 feet by 5 feet, in portrait orientation. Booth setup will start from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on the day of the event.
5. Travel and other expenses incurred may be charged against local funds, subject to the availability of resources and in accordance with existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
