1. This Office, through the Administrative Services – Property and Supply Unit, disseminates the enclosed Regional Memorandum No. 337 s. 2025 re: Information on the Delivery of Regional Office procured Smart Television (STV), Laptops for Teaching (L4T), and Laptops for Non-Teaching (L4NT) under 2025 DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) Packages.
2. In this regard, all School Heads through their respective School Property Custodians (SPCs) and School Inspectorate Team, are reminded to implement 100% inspection by item of the delivered items before signing the Inspection and Acceptance Report and Certificate of Final Acceptance. Further, the SPCs are instructed to notify the Property and Supply Unit on the day of delivery and upload scanned copies of duly signed Delivery Documents (e.g., Delivery Receipt, Inspection and Acceptance Report, etc.) at the link provided below for proper documentation and monitoring:
