1. In consonance with Regional Memorandum No. 265 s. 2024 on the screening of the delegation who will represent Region IV-A in the 2024 Palarong Pambansa, the selected athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, and chaperones must attend the Dental and Medical Examination on April 19, 2024, Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Screening and Interview by the National Screening and Accreditation Committee on April 21, 2024, Sunday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM at Pacita Complex 1, San Pedro City, Laguna.
2. SDO Dasmariñas City delegates shall be assisted by the following RSAC/DSAC members:
a. Marie Jane T. Marquina – DIHS
b. Ma. Victoria E. Sia – Sta. Cruz ES
c. Leomelyn A. Macabansag – DEIHS
3. Concerned athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperones, and RSAC/DSAC members shall depart from Dasmariñas Integrated High School Open Grounds (assembly place) at 7:30 AM on April 19 and 21, 2024.
4. Travelling expenses of the delegates shall be provided by LGU. On the other hand, schools shall be responsible for organizing and managing the food provisions for their respective representatives. Food expenses may be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.
