1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 27, s. 2019 titled “Guidelines on the Yearly Collection of Data I Infonnation Requirements and Validation Process“, all public and private elementary, junior and senior high schools, state universities and colleges (SUCs), local universities and colleges (LUCs), and higher education institutions (HEis), offering Kindergarten to Grade 12 are hereby directed to update the school’s profile and other required data elements in BEIS through the accomplished school forms.
2. As discussed during the online meeting held on March 17, 2025, all school heads, together with the designated focal persons involved in the accomplishment and updating of BEIS, are advised to conduct a school-level review of the data elements reflected in the school forms. 3 . The school head shall download the School Profile template from the BEIS website using his/her authorized account. Upon completion, the school head is required to review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and correctness of all data reported by the school.
