1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 265, s. 2026 titled “Conduct of Gender and Development Activities”, this Office hereby informs the field of its strict compliance and implementation.
2. The communication highlights the provisions of the Office of the President Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 114 which directs all government agencies including LGUs to adopt energy conservation measures in order to address rising energy costs and global market volatility.
3. All Schools Division Offices and public schools shall ensure that all GAD activities to be undertaken are reflected in the submitted 2026 Annual Gender and Development Plan to the Regional Office. Moreover, all capacity development programs and other related Gender and Development activities shall be confined within the CALABARZON Region only.
