1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 301, s. 2023, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, through the Health and Nutrition Unit, is hereby disseminating the Regional Memorandum No. 149, s. 2024 or the updated contact information for the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Regional Hotline.
2. All SBFP participating schools are requested to submit photographs of the new tarpaulin template displayed in the conspicuous areas in schools, not later than April 22, 2024, through the link: https://tinyurl.com/SBFPHotlineReports.
3. The revised template of the tarpaulin can be accessed through the link: https://tinyurl.com/SBFPHotlineTemplate.
4. Other provisions of the previous memorandum are still in effect.
5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
