2. The communication highlights the provisions of DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 which aims to protect learners from any incident associated with Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) concerns.
3. This Schools Division Office shall disseminate and monitor the compliance of all public and private schools in conjunction with the implementation of the said policy.
