1.Relative to Division Memorandum No. 311, s. 2024 titled Schedule of the Supreme Elementary and Supreme Secondary Learner Government Elections for School Year 2024-2025, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division – Learner Formation Program announces the conduct of the random monitoring of the school-based Supreme Elementary and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SELG/SSLG) Elections following their schedule found on (Annex A).
2. As a strategic tool in shared governance and learner participation, schools are reminded that the learner government election serves as an avenue to foster leadership and 21st-century skills among learners. Nevertheless, the SELG/SSLG Election must adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
3. Enclosed to this memorandum are the following:
a. Schedule of School-Based Supreme Elementary and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SELG/SSLG) Elections;
b. School-Level Monitoring Tool; and
c. Division-Level Monitoring Tool
