1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 324, s. 2025 titled ”2025 Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off cum 5th Tayo-Tayo Summit“, this Office hereby requests all the members of the Technical Working Group (Please see Enclosure) to attend a coordination meeting on June 4, 2025, 1:00 PM onwards at the CSDO Conference Room.
2. This meeting aims to finalize preparations and ensure seamless execution of this year’s Brigada Eskwela program. Specifically, to:
a. discuss key action plans;
b. assign specific roles and responsibilities; and
c. address any potential concerns to guarantee a successful and productive Brigada Eskwela.
