1. Relative to a letter received from Ms. Precyl T. Ramos, RSW, Officer-In -Charge, Office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development (OPSWD) regarding the upcoming 2nd Quarterly Meeting of the Provincial Advisory Council (PAC), this Division hereby requests all public elementary and secondary schools to submit a narrative report regarding the conducted programs, projects, and activities benefiting 4Ps Household members and its learners. This is beneficial in providing PAC updates on the Division’s accomplishment in helping the 4Ps beneficiaries achieve success through the education of their children.
2. Thus, all 4Ps school focal persons are expected to facilitate the submission of the above-mentioned report and shall submit it via email at yfp@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before April 26, 2024 (12NN).
