1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 274, s. 2026 titled ‘Dissemination of DepEd Memorandum No. 90 s. 2025 Otherwise Known as the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Anti-Bullying Act of 2013″, this Division hereby informs the field of the attached Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Anti-Bullying Act of 2013, for information and compliance of all concerned.
2. This dissemination aims to strengthen awareness and ensure effective implementation of the aforementioned policy. It likewise serves as a preparatory activity for the upcoming opening of classes, ensuring that schools are equipped with the necessary policies and mechanisms to promote a safe, inclusive, and learner-centered environment. Thus, public and private School Heads are expected to ensure that all concerned personnel within their jurisdiction are guided on policies, standards, and procedures in preventing and handling bullying incidents within the school setting.
