1. Pursuant to the Joint Memorandum from the Undersecretary for Curriculum
and Teaching and Undersecretary for Operations, schools are highly encouraged to access use curriculum-aligned learning resources available at the DepEd LR Portal through https://Irmds.deped.gov.ph. Registration guide and list of available quality-assured learning resources can be accessed at https://bit.ly/LRPpubLRs23.
2. This Division through CID-Learning Resource Management Section shall assess the utilization of LR Portal in the forthcoming LR monitoring and evaluation for the next school year.
3. School LR coordinators are expected to share the benefits of accessing the LR
portal and conduct semi-annual updating of teachers and learners on the LRs in the LR portal.
4. The LRs in the portal can be printed using allowable funds from the
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), Special Education Fund (SEF), canteen, or any other local funds.
