1. With reference to Division Memorandum No. 324, s. 2025, titled “2025 Brigada Eskwela Division Kick-Off cum 5th Tayo-Tayo Summit”, this Office, through the School Governance and Operation Division, hereby disseminates the random schedule of Brigada Eskwela Field Monitoring and Evaluation on June 10, 11, and 13, 2025, 8:00 AM onwards.
2. The objectives of the Monitoring and Evaluation are as follows:
a. Evaluate the efficiency of and effectiveness of Brigada Eskwela activities in fostering community engagement, resource mobilization, and school readiness for the upcoming academic year.
b. Monitor adherence to the Department of Education’s guidelines and standards, ensuring that all initiatives align with the goals of safe, inclusive, and quality learning environments.
c. Document successful strategies and identify gaps or challenges encountered during implementation, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement in future Brigada Eskwela campaigns.
3. Prior to the visit, School Heads are expected to accomplish the attached monitoring checklist and prepare the necessary documents relative to 2025 Brigada Eskwela implementation.
