1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 091 s. 2017 re: Monitoring of the Administration of National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE), SY 2016-2017 this office disseminates the conduct of regional monitoring of the said activity in this Division.
2. The monitoring activity aims to ensure the proper implementation of the guidelines set by the Bureau of Education Assessment in the administration of the NCAE and provide needed technical assistance to all schools.
3. Attached herewith is a copy of the regional memorandum dated February 20, 2016 which provides the list of regional monitoring officials and the monitoring form that will be utilized during the activity.
4. In view of the foregoing, Private Schools Supervisor, Division Parent Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors in this division are advised to ensure the readiness of the schools prior to the scheduled administration and exhaust all means to cover all schools to be monitored in their respective district/cluster during the actual conduct of the NCAE.
5. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
