1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 20, s. 2020 titled Search for Outstanding Learners in Drug Abuse Prevention Advocacy and Executive Order No. 66 titled Institutionalizing the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS), the field is hereby informed that this Office will conduct the Division Search for Outstanding Learners in Drug Abuse Prevention Advocacy.
2. The search aims to improve learners’ involvement and participation in the development and implementation of drug prevention policies and programs that promote healthy lifestyles of young people, and to recognize the role of the learners in preventing the use of illegal drugs in schools to achieve the government’s vision of a drug-free country.
